F.I.T® stands for Fascial Integrative Treatment we conduct workshops, seminars, online webinars, online schooling, and private trainings for Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Massage Therapists, and Chiropractors. Fascial Integrative Treatment® is a 3-step highly successful, hands on treatment method used to address problems in the soft tissues of the body, including the muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and fascia.

Our FIT® classroom is a online interactive experience that is created for registrants of our courses. This includes online demonstrations of movements, a FIT® manual, in conjunction with a comprehensive in-person seminar experience.

All of our courses include an in-person workshop with on of our FIT® providers, access to our FIT® Classroom, and a pdf FIT® manual to the course you registered for.
